Article 1: Nature of Services

LoveLinked Notary provides mobile notary services, general notary work, and loan signing services in accordance with Texas state laws.

We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. If you need legal guidance, please consult a licensed attorney

Article 1a: Age limit

Age restrictions apply: Love Linked Notary does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.

Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Likewise, any customer who does not meet these criteria will be reimbursed immediately and a return of the product(s) concerned will be required.

Article 2: Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

·  You will present valid, unexpired government-issued identification at the time of notarization.

·  You understand that the notary may refuse service if ID cannot be verified or if the signer appears unwilling, coerced, or unable to understand the transaction.

·  All documents must be complete prior to notarization. We cannot notarize unsigned blanks or incomplete forms.

·  You are responsible for reviewing your documents for accuracy prior to the appointment.

Article 3: Fees & Payments

·  Service fees are based on Texas-set notarial fees plus travel, after-hours, printing, or convenience fees as applicable.

·  Full payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed.

·  Fees are non-refundable once service is performed.

Article 4: Appointment Policy

·  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

·  If the notary travels to the appointment location and the signing cannot occur for reasons outside our control (missing ID, incomplete documents, no-show), a travel fee may still apply.

Article 5: Refusal of Service

Love Linked Notary reserves the right to refuse service in the event of:

·  Suspicion of fraud

·  Coercion or lack of willingness

·  Unsafe conditions for the notary

·  Requests inconsistent with Texas notarial law

Article 6: Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

·  Love Linked Notary is not responsible for document content, legal implications, or financial outcomes of any notarized documents.

·  Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific notary service provided.

Article 7: Website Use

 

By using our website, you agree to:

·  Not engage in misuse, hacking, or unlawful interference.

·  Not use any content for commercial purposes without permission.
